Not following credit collection rules

A guy contacted me from Lynn & Main attorneys about my outstanding debt. I know his name but I don't know if I'm allowed to put it on here. I didn't receive any Section 129 letter nor any summons or any further steps. Last week I was threatened with an emoluments order. Today he spoke to 2 persons in my office to whom he told he's going to get an emoluments order against my salary and want to confirm my employment for that.
