<p>Lynn and Main Attorney seem to be a law unto themselves.</p> <p>Most debts prescribe after 3 years.</p> <p>The new additions to that law is that Prescribed debt may no longer be collected upon.<br />And may not be sold to a third party.</p> <p>In January 2015, Lynn and Main attorney confirmed to me in writing that my debt had prescribed but I am still liable for the debt.</p> <p>WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT THEN OF PRESCRIPTION.<br />I DON'T FEEL THE NEED TO SAY ANYTHING MORE.</p> <p>STRANGE THAT THEY DECIDE TO CALL ME AFTER THE LETTER SENT TO ME 20 MONTHS AGO.</p> <p>IT IS PRESCRIBED. DEAL WITH IT.</p>
