Lynn & main is the worst

I have been calling to Lynn & main attorneys to get proof of prescription the account was sold to them by standard bank back in 2020 and this account in question is off my credit report for years already and I've been foning them to just send me the letter so I can get my name cleared but to this day I have not received anything from them and I've been calling them non stop it's like they just don't care the person handling the case is not available so I don't understand why they can't assign anyone else to handle this thing all I need is just proof but nothing I'm completely disgusted in what I need to go through in order to just get a letter. Lynn & main is the worst.
