Lynn & Main are a bunch of common ********s, operating outside the provisions of the National Credit Act (No 34 of 2005)
Agree 101%... Bunch of ********s.. Lie to people they phone about the terms and conditions prescribed by the Credit Act, threaten them with bogus legal action and the Sheriff and repossessing their property, etc etc... They bought a dead 3rd rate debtor's book and now tries to kick money out of a dead horse.. Direct Axis is not their client, they are their own client and tries to squeeze money out of you for a debt they probably paid 5c in the rand for.. Don't make ANY payment arrangements with them.. if you don't make/have not made any payment arrangements for 3 years, nobody have any leg to stand on to collect anything from you.. Your creditor, bank/loan provider, etc, have long since written off the debt, companies make provision for writing off a certain percentage of debt and still be profitable according to their business model.. Credit providers know that many South Africans struggle with debt and to make ends meet.. many people can't service their debt, and credit providers make provision for debt.. Don't fall for the threats and lies from ************ debt collectors like Lynn and Main, trying to bully you into paying them money you don't have at the expense of yourself and your family and kids... They are acting ********ly, and not at all according to the provisions of the National Credit Act... Please report them to the Lawyers Association of the province they are operating from... Just ignore them..don't answer their calls (block them), and don't make any arrangements with them.. nothing further will happen..
