LYNN AND MAIN ATTORNEYS SUB-STANDARD SERVICE

I have been dealing with this company for quite some time now. I made a payment on an outstanding amount to enable Wesbank to release my vehicle NATIS documents which was paid off in 2016 already. I have made an immediate payment to Lynn and Main, dealing with Candice Matthee, who assured me that I will receive my paid up letter as soon as the funds reflect, which is now last week already, today is Wednesday, and still there is no paid up letter. I called their offices yesterday to enquire and still await the letter. THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. I need my NATIS documents by end of business today. I sold the vehicle. This matter is now time consuming and an extreme irritation
