Lodging judgements unfairly

How do you get a judgement from people you never received any calls for the collection of the debt. From my emails I don't even have one email from them regarding the debt. I have records of the collection company that called me regarding this debt. I even have emails. I only knew about you when I got summons.These lawyers aren't following protocol,they listed a judgement on my name **********ly because they have contacts at credit bureau.They work with Shackleton credit managent. I don't have any prior communication with these companies , the only time I knew about them was when I got summons.
