*********** bunch of ****mers!!!

This company is full of ****mers, standard bank sold my account to them in 2021 November I have been paying every single month but not even once have I receive my balances and statements, and worse of all they don't update status as to I'm paying monthly. It seems like I'm paying for something that doesn't end this is sickening, It's about time I'm laying a complain with ombudsman.
