Bad customer service

Very poor customer service. I made an arrangement to pay of some debt, but they debited a month too early. Upon querying this, a woman named Thobeka mailed me and said that I had arranged for that specific month. I requested for the recorded call to be mailed , as I have a right to it, and I wanted the transaction reversed, but she never responded. Also called the offices several times, and each time they have a different excuse as to why she can not take the call.
