Bad customer service and empty promises

I app**** to have my name removed from Lynn & Main Attorneys from credit Bureau on 11 June 2025 for my name to be cleared. I have received he attached paid up letter on the 20th June 2025 that confirms that payment received and my name will be cleared from their data base after 45 days . To my surprise a few months later, i am informed by my bank Capitec that my name is still not cleared because of this company …. Please can someone explain the reason why this is causing so much delay and revert back to me because this is not what was promised to me and i am not happy at all that i have to make so many follow ups with Lynn & Main Attorneys for something that i was promised that it will be removed. Capitec has confirmed that according to their record my debt was sold therefore they cannot assist with the status removal, its the debut counsel job to that and to date they are still failing me and not deliver to what was promised to me. I have made numerous follow ups with Pre****a from Lynn & Main Attorneys and still to date nothing is happening as they promised.
