5k deducted on my account without my knowledge

This lawyer acting on behalf of one of the financial institutions I'm owing. I have paid my debt in full as per our alignment. I then requested a letter that shows i don't owe them anymore. When they were supposed to give the letter it was now an issue, I fought until I kept quite about it. I very shock 🤯 when I wake up today found out that the have debited 5k without my knowledge and I tried to call them this morning they are not allowing me to speak to their supervisor about the issue.

Some company lawyers are feel like it's **** on its own. They are gambling with our salaries I'm super mad 😡 right now
