Worst Consumer Experience Ever - 2 years of Pain

Read this before you consider buying off-plan from Lynn Estates. I have been through over 2 years of pain and have still not taken occupation of my apartment:<br> <br> On the 27.Feb.2013, I signed Offer- to-Purchase with Lynn Estates for a 2 Bed/2 Bath Unit, in an off-plan development, Ihita in Beverley, Lonehill, Johannesburg. It's been a fight for over 2 years with everyone from the current agent - Mc Donald (Lynn Estates), to the Manager in charge - Keith (Lynn Estates) to Lynne Petzer herself (Lynn Estates Owner) to the builders Manuel Ramos (Ramios Construction cc). All these people are unfortunately completely useless, ***********, lazy ,deceiving and *****.<br> <br> 1. The completion date of the unit has moved at least 2 dozen times.<br> 2. No disclosure on signing that the road that connects directly William Nicol Rd was to be closed. <br> 3. Builder not transparent about the fact that whole phase needs to be complete before transfer can take place.<br> Who knows how long this still could take? In the mean time I need to pay Occupational rent because of his delay.<br> 4. Builder not attending appointment that was set.<br> .... Lots more complaints<br> <br> DON'T EVER BUY OFF-PLAN FROM LYNN ESTATES
