Hairdresser Horror Story

Lynette paid me a home visit to do a colour service after she left the previous salon she worked at. She did not listen to what I wanted, did not wash or condition my hair before or after she app**** bleach to my hair and then proceeded to hack my hair while it was a knotty frizzy mess then half dried it. The colour did not take at all and the condition of my hair was wrecked. I regrettably paid her before I had a good look in the mirror and when I whatsapped her to complain she made excuses. She said my hair was stubborn and offered to apply a toner but I am dead scared to let her touch my hair again. She then promised to refund me and now a month later she has become aggressive and blocked me. I may have no recourse other than this review and to warn others.
