Rude staff and *********** traffic "director"

Absolutely terrible school. Woman in the office is rude and hangs up on you when she doesn't want to speak to you. The "traffic director" outside has absolutely no idea whatsoever what he is doing and makes the traffic back up all the way to the circle just to let one parent in. Some people are trying to go to work and are getting extremely delayed due to their *********** traffic "director". When I told the "director" that there was a backlog for about 2km he was ****y with me. When I phoned the reception to let them know about the backlog of traffic, the woman was rude and said "okay okay" and hung up on me. If they are having problems with their parking then they must call the actual traffic police who guide traffic. This school inconveniences the lives of many people daily. I live opposite another school in the upper highway area and the police do a fantastic job of guiding the traffic daily and there is never a backlog in traffic. We sat waiting for 20 minutes to drive from the circle past the school which is about 2km. Absolutely shocking!!!
