Now thats service

Well done and thank you to Michelle and her team at Lyndhurst Auto in Melrose Arch.<br> <br> I visited them for a service and all they ended up doing is make all other BMW dealers that I have dealt with look so bad.<br> <br> From the receptionist, to the drivers taking me to the office and back, to the lady who made me coffee. Every single person I passed smiled and greeted me. Michelle kept me informed and up to date with what was happening. She was professional and friendly. She should be teaching other branches how to deal with clients and how to provide the service that we should always get from BMW.<br> <br> Don't get me wrong, other dealers were good. But Michelle and Melrose branch are excellent.<br> <br> Thank you so much for awesome service.
