My car has been in repairs for 1 year

I bought a second hand mini cooper S 2008 model in March 2014 from lindhurst auto in melrose arch. With a warranty from SA warranty for R12 000 from the branch i bought the car at.<br> These are the problems that have occurred since then:<br> 1) two weeks after i bought it the passenger window wasn't opening and the cars windscreen was whistling - after the car going back in a couple times they managed to sort out the window but not the whistling noise<br> 2) 4 months later my car was making a noise so i called SA warranty and they told me to take the car to car service city so i drove it in there. two days later i came back to have a look and the timing chain was now broken. the car was towed to another one of SA Warranties mechanics who fixed the damage but could not seem to diagnose why the engine light was now not turning off.<br> 3) car was taken back to lindhurst auto who told me i need a new turbo, 30k later and the problem is still not fixed. They now saying that rats have eaten all the wiring.<br> So basically over 80k later and 1 year of paying car insurance without a car my car is still there after only driving the car for 4 months.<br> They sold me this problem car and they need to sort it out
