Numerous requests have been made to have the faults on the car rectified. This has been a long, tedious and frustrating process. Avin does not provide any feedback and does not respond to emails. Numerous requests for information have not been submitted. <br> Very poor service from Avin, very bad image of the BMW brand.<br>
