Hi I recently bought a Mini S from Lyndhurst Auto and within 2 months of purchase the gears gave me problems which was sorted and now the Drive Train has come up and after researching and gathering info this is related to Programming/Software and my car was towed to Lyndhurst Auto on Thursday and to date we are still diagnosing what the problem is when I ask what the cost is they keep saying they are still working on the car so if they are still working on the car but you cannot give me a concrete quote what are they working on might I ask. I have begged for a mere cost breakdown and in fact the Drive Train has totally been ignored which is the reason they car went into Mini in the first place they are focusing on the rat damage which is unrelated to the actual concern why my car has gone in. I am concerned that Mini is selling faulty cars and running away from fixing what the concern is. Totally disgusted with the service recieved from Mini Lynhurst Auto.
