Inferior quality beds

Lylax Bedding Durban & House & Home Kolonade branch - I bought a maxipedic nova bed manufactured by Lylax bedding on a special offer on 5 March 2021. It was delivered on 8 Narch 2021. When I unwrapped it on 11 March 2021 to asseble it in our room, I picked up the mattress to place on the base then the corner material tore away.... I checked the other corners and anither one tore.... when I reported to the sales person Richard, he asked questions as if I damaged it deliberately.... then was sent a quote from Lylax bedding to repair a new bed for R850 !!!! The odacity!!! I requested a full refund due to a very poor product from Lylax bedding. Niw I am sutting with a damaged bed they want me to py to fix!! I feel very sorry for other people who bought this inferior quality bed..... they should recall it all and refund them all.... I asked to speak to the manager but was told its his/her weekend off but will call me Monday..... so I wait patiently for this call as I am going to turn this place upside down if I am not refunded!!
