Don't ever buy a Serta mattress

We bought an expensive Serta mattress and it is just out guarantee but has some years to go for warranty. The bed has become incredibly uncomfortable and we requested the manufacturer, Lylax bedding to intervene. Whilst they eventually sent Steve Hugo to inspect the bed, he admitted there was a ridge in the middle and body impressions on either side. Frankly, he should have laid on the bed to experience the lack of support and high ridge in the middle experienced when one rolls over. We were told we'd have to pay over R3000 to get it fixed. We're now using the bed in our guest room while we try to find a company that actually cares about their products and customers.
