Our managing agent, Maureen, has been helpful and professional in handling all our queries. A smoother levy payment system and service providers have been paid on time. With the toxic environment we are subjected to in our beloved complex by those refusing to abide by the rules and failing to pay their levies have been challenging factors in staying here but am optimistic with the changes made by Maureen and her team at LYHM PROPERTIES.
