Disgusted by Lydia Grobler!

I've been renting a unit from Lydia Grobler rentals since 2016. I've always paid my rent on time and never reported any unnecessary issues, in my eyes the perfect tenant. I've maintained this house as if it were my own, maintaining the garden grass and everything else in fact it's in a much better state than what I received it in. The late agent who recently passed I won't mention her name in respect for the lovely lady she was used to handle my book and the owner Lydia Grobler herself then took over my home account. It was due to covid we then put in place a relief and I had 3months off my rental amount. After covid my wife and I were both left without jobs but I still worked odd jobs to make ends meet and pay for the roof over our heads, bare in mind I was now just paying my monthly rental and not catching up with my covid relief outstanding balance. Few months goes by and I start working again my wife still unemployed but we fight through and I pay off the covid relief as and when I can. Lydia starts demoralizing me sending me degrading messages as if I'm worthless and a stupid who doesn't know what I'm doing and makes me feel as if I have no worth in staying at this premises. She refuses to fix a plumbing leaking pipe issue until I pay up the covid relief in full so I pay for it myself and I receive no reimbur*****t for my efforts because I never received permission to do it myself. She speaks to me in a rude and disrespectful manner making use of capital letters and exclamation marks as if she were shouting at me. This went on for 5months to date. I have paid up the covid relief but still get told that if I don't pay by the 1st I will have to vacate within 7days. Every month before I pay this is the messages I receive to date. So today I decided to give notice as I am sick and tired of being mishandled and disrespected by a so called businesswoman. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with LYDIA GROBLER or the estate agency itself.
