Complaint of Lydia Grobler Estate

I saw on Property24 Port Elizabeth a nice flatlet in Cotswold extention. I called immediately and the administator, Eileen still said to me, woh that was quick, i just posted the advert. So i said well i am interested and would like to view tge place. At that stage the flatlet would have been available for 1st August 2019. I've asked Eileen to ask the owner if he will have a problem if we park 3 cars there and she called me back and Eileen said that tge owner doesnt have a problem with the cars there is enough space on that side of the flatlet. I the received a call from Eileen saying that the owner would 1st like to clean and paint so the date was moved to 1 September 2019. So i said that's okay it gives me time to get what i still need. On the 17th July, Eileen arranged for me to go and view the place, because se was concerned that i might have a problem with the 2nd bedroom. After the viewing i told Eileen i am impress and i want it. She then told me she removed the advert from the website seeing that she told me the place is mine. I asked her for the documents that i need to complete. She only send a brochure. I asked her again and once I received the documents I completed it and email it to her. Yesterday i called her to ask when must i pay the deposit and when will i receive the key, seeing that the 1st September 2019 is on a Sunday. Eileen then told me that she's got bad nrws for me, the owner decided to give tbe flat to their son. The evening i decided to take a drive to the owner. The owner told me that the place is still vacant. They haven't received any paperwork from Eileen as yet. And i must just tell Eileen that I have already given notice were i am currently residingI given notice because to me a verbal contract is tge same as a written contract. When i called her last night she spoke down on me and told that she will have to tell the other couple that they cant have the place anymore. So she's contradicting herself. Lying. My credit is on point. She wants to put a white couple in there.
