Public hospitals claiming non-existing funds for services not rendered.I would like to lay a complaint against the Lydenburg Public Hospital for *****.

An authorization number was sent to my medical aid - Bonitas , claiming that my daughter was hospitalised for a period of 3days, whereas she was taken out in less than a day.

I have asked my medical scheme to cancel the claim , was referred back to the hospital, no action was taken after communication was done with the matron. My child was hospitalized on the 4th at 04:00am , My mother who was the caregiver at that time had to sign a Refusal of treatment at 20:30 pm same day , so how is this captured as 3days ?

Stop making people pay for services that were not fully rendered, I want The Case Manager of the hospital to contact Bonitas , and cancel the ********** request they have processed.
