Poor customer care, not taking customer needs into consideration

Poor customer care, my car has been at the dealership for over a week. No updates and no courtesy car. I bought a new car from them its less than 2 years old but it has been back to the dealership over 10 times. With problems after another. But the sun roof has been the worst. It opens but doesn't close. The dealership can solve the problem once. I am really disappointed in them and won't recommend anyone to do business with Hyundai Lydenburg.
