Bought a 2005 matrix cash the 7th of September we apon viewing the car we noted that the car was smoking and windacreen was crack and passenger window did not work where to the reasure us to fix those things before they will deliver well after 2weeks car was delivered where is to that only the windscreen was replaced window not working and still smoking heavy, immediately contacted the sales person who than said we must drive it for 3days the smoke will clear needles to say it didnt infact got worse, there after a few times we were told that they going to fix it on there cost and will take max m week to fix after a week it bacame 2 and 3 and then after they insisted we must pay for the fixing fighting for a nother week we than agreed to pay for the parts did that amd again they said will take up to week needles to say they got same excuses every week we phone cause they simply dont feel obliged to keep their client in the loop and since the purchase of the car cash 7th september the car still with them, the worst place to do business i would never ever recomend their service or business
