Worst Service ever and no refund

My was ill-informed and possible provided with the incorrect information by a 'rep' of Lyceum College with regards to her studies. On record they had a copy of her ID and Bank account and all that, when we provided with with a cancellation email (also why we cancelling the diploma) and a request for a refund we were told we had to provide a reason in writing. So we resent the email with all the information which we had sent previously. . We were dealing with Lebohang Makoro, she has no idea how to do her job and on her CV it should read 'expert and not being able to reply to an email'. A few months later we are still waiting for a refund. We should have received the refund a few months ago. Have also posted on facebook. Judging by the complaints the institution does not care.
