WORST SERVICE

Lyceum has been the worst experience I have had thus far . I have been requesting for a refund and cancellation for the passed 3 Months and have now been told that I have to wait a further 3 Months for processing .this has inconvenienced my academic journey as I need the funds to pay for my current studies and all this run around is just frustrating . Called to lay a complaint and I was advise they don't have a complaints department when i ask to be connected to management the managers are never available. i regret the day i thought that I considered Lyceum and put my hard earned money there . I will never advise anyone to do business with them . Im starting to feel like im being ****med .
