One cannot get through to their representatives - when you finally do, they drop the phone or are extremely rude and don't help - saying things like, that other person should help and not giving proper information on what to do next. We need our results and other students seem to be unhappy as well. In this case they can close their contact centre down, about as useless as a chocolate fireguard.
