Worst College in South Africa

In my third and final year 2021 the college changed the syllabus in September. They instituted a second compulsory assignment on all learners and if you did not do this assignment you cannot write the October exams. With such a drastic change to the academic year so late in the year you would think that they would communicate this change effectively. They did not and I missed the assignments. By the time I found the notice it was already closed as I was preparingfor the October examinations. I tried my best to appeal as I'm a fully paid up student and my cries fell on deaf ears. Eventually a senior lecturer contacted me and told me that I cannot write the exams due to the incomplete second compulsory assignments. I conceded the loss not only academically but also financially. 21k to be exact. Now when I try to contact the college to re register there is absolutely no correspondence or communication. Nobody is getting back to me. How do I salvage my diploma. This is truly the worst college in South Africa
