Worse college ever

I was a student at this college from 2016 till 2019. I paid my fees everymonth as agreed with the college but on my last year the college overcharged me and I called them they agreed to rectify their mistake and to refund me. Since then I've been making follow up with them without any luck of getting my money. Last time the told me to get legal assistance in other to get my money. This is the worse college ever. Which I don't advice anyone to do any business with them. They don't care about anything they just want money.
