WON'T REFUND, PURE THEFT!!!

I app**** to study here just before lockdown, i paid my deposit. Just after a week i found out My salary was cut drastically so i asked if i could cancel the course and they agreed to refund my deposit. That was 7 months ago. Now that just ignore all my emails. To top it off I got a message today to state they my debit order will go off from tomorrow. Everyone ignores you. This is blatant theft.
