WIL3 results

I'm so disappointed with this college 7months now been waiting for my WIL Intergrated learning results (WIL3), what's up setting me is that I paid cash R17055 lastyear February I don't owe the school anything but they are taking me up and down, from pillar to post just to get my results I call every day to Phumi who they say is in charge of WIL3 without any success.

I email Hannelie who is the the head of the school but still she us failing I need to graduate in October this is really stressing me looking at the fact that I have high blood pressure.

*** and *** these arw the head of the college but nothing is happening I'm sending emails everyday all that Hannelie tells je us to call Phumi and I do that but she never answers her phone nor reply to my emails.

So I really don't know what to do, a simple results October is around the corner I need to graduate please help me.
