WIL 3 results

Since 2018 I registered with lyceum college for Diploma in grade R everything was good got my results on time, always paid on time, even 2019 everything was going fine, all my nightmare started on my last year 2020 it's now 2021 the year is slowly coming to an end I am still waiting for my WIL3 results, I am being sent from pillar to post no help I call Phumelele Mbatha almost every day without any help, I write emails no reply all I'm asking from lyceum is my WIL3 mark so that I can get my transcript and start applying for a job, things are difficult as it is now because of pandemic my future us in lyceum's hand and it's frustrating can't even sleep at night thinking about this issue. #WIN I really need this issue to be resolved because this is really unprofessional. I Palesa Makoanyane is very very tired of lyceum and the way they treat their student.
