Waiting a year for my certificate!

Sigh. Getting anything out of Lyceum's administration is almost impossible! I graduated in October 2020, I still haven't received my certificate. I am overseas, call them endlessly, and get passed to unavailable lines. My student portal seems to be locked, I can't access it to check my Inbox. I've reset my password numerous times. No luck, no nothing. I need my certificate as proof of qualification! Can someone at Lyceum please help me!
