Useless college

The useless and fly by night college I've been waiting for my matter to be resolved since the beginning of the year.I ve requested for my refund since they failed me towards and during the exam time.Even after going through all channels iam still hanging. The so called Vanessa Smith was always upfront before I pay the school fees now that I need assistance regarding the matter that she was involve in is no where to be found.
