Unprofessionalism and negligence of Lyceum college

I registered with Lyceum college in 2011 for a diploma in fleet management,my journey was full of headache and frastrations due to unprofessional and negligence of Lyceum college. I was made to rewrite project management and logistic management system 2. I was supp**** with wrong study material on both occasions and saw this when i was doing my assignments,and had to borrow the study materials and on the day of the exams,when in contact with fellow students i noticed theres two diffrent study materials and i was given the wrong one ,not the one used for the exam. I showed this to the invigilator who acknowledged,wrote notes and signed on my answer sheet that i was given the wrong study material,however whenni contacted the lecture Mr Hamish Fynn and the principal Mr Makunda they refused to take responsibilty and as a result i had to rewrite the two subjects and passed. The problem arised again on the student portal when it showed that i failed the subjects and did not give the updated one that i passed even though i have been sending them the results countless times,as a results i could not graduate because their system still showed i failed the subjects even though i send them the results. I had to register the subject again just because i neede my qualigication and have missed on job opportunities due to this. After registering they realised their mistake and called me to come fetch my qualification in 2019 which shows that i qualified in 2016.Even now i am still waiting for my rwgistration refund which also i have been sending them banking particulars,they keep sending me from pillar to post.I DONT WISH TO SEE OR HEAR ANYONE SAYING HE REGISTERD WITH LYCEUM COLLEGE THEIR UNPROFFESIONAL CONDUCT AND NEGLIGENCE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.
