Unprofessional institution

This is a very unprofessional institution! I have submitted all my documents for my refund that was due on the 26th of June and its almost a month later and I'm STILL WAITING for my refund!! They make empty promises about when the payments will be made and when you follow they hardly answer the phone. STAY AWAY, take your money and go study somewhere reliable
