unfairness towards their students.

on the 18th October 2023. I wrote online two modules of exam that same day and it was FMS 09h00 and LBR 14h00, for my diploma in fleet management. All went well with FMS but when it was time to submit LBR my laptop froze and only rebutted itself 16h08, whereby the submission time was 18h00. It was a technical error as soon as it rectified itself, I immediately emailed AMUKELANI HLONGWANE explaining what happen and how it was a uncontrollable technical error and not my fault as a human being. She referred me then to *** whereby they rep**** days later stating there is nothing they can do; all I have to do is wait for supplementary exam and I mean I completed it on time but because of the laptop technical error they refuse to now except me completed exam for LBR3226N. I think its unfair and unhuman. Technical error on a none human things do occur and a college should understand since they didn't provide me with fresh and new resources to write online. I had to provide for myself. I emailed a couple of people with this concern as well and none of them could assist even though there is proof sent to AMUKELANI HLONGWANE that I was finished and just by the 8mins over to submit due to the laptop that froze. This is very heartless of lyceum because I try my utmost best to make sure I pass and move forward but they are bringing me down and I am not happy. I will also have to consult a lawyer for this and the other matter I have with them on another module I wrote on a later stage that week.

Then I got to write QMG1225N on the 24th October 2023 at 14h00 -16h00 Seeing that they have this new none working system called THE INVIGILATOR APP, whereby did not even know was writing at 14h00 that day and the person rather responded that there is no exam scheduled at 14h00 that needs to be invigilated lol. Yet I wrote that day and it was again two modules. So, this invigilating app is not truly function because every time I get a message on my phone or a call that I drop and no answer it claims I have ben gone from the app and been yellow flagged which is not true at all. I never leave that none functional app. For a 4 hour exam it gave me 20mins on the app to complete and expected to submit my answer sheet on the app in that 20mins. You see the technical errors all in that app as well but they will never take responsibility because they are the college.

On the 9th October 2023, people that were suppose to write at 09h00 whom was well prepare, their exam had to be rescheduled due to a technical error at the college lyceum, but when I had a technical error the 18th they did not except my proof of completing on time but submitted 8mins late due to the laptop that froze. Look at the unfairness inn that.

I submitted my QMG1225N ON TIME, ON THE DOT but when I queried about what they mean by NOT PERMITTED at the review, they cannot give me an answer. Yet the status of submitting says FINISHED.

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS.
