Transcripts and Letter of Qualification Completion

I have been calling and emailing requesting a letter of completion, i completed in June last year, till date i still do not have confirmation, letter of completion or academic transcript, submitted the forms last year, both even for graduation, i still do not have a response, told to email Gaugelo, she just reads the email, and do not respond, also Aletta, even phone calls are not getting answered, all i need is my transcripts as my course was funded by the employer, otherwise i haven't even started serving their notice without this, my student number is 148192 and email address is ***, i was studying a BA in Disaster and Safety Management.
