Terrible service

I am reporting Lyceum to the Education Ombudsman - My daughter has been a student since beginning of 2021 - always a nightmare, have to pay extra to get results. Reports that are submitted are lost. Cannot even get 2021 and 2022 results even though the account is paid. Nothing is on the student portal - emails are never answered. At the end of the year she always some how needs to pay in more to get her results which then she never receives.
