terrible customer service.

For more than two weeks now i am struggling to get my results, every time i mail the student services they insist the results are on my portal but nothing appears. i have emailed every department i could think of and still nothing. calling in is useless as you hold for hours and eventually get told no one can help as everyone is working from home. I urgently need my statement of results!
