Terrible administrative experience

I completed my 3 year diploma with lyceum college in 2021. I am still waiting on my credit refund of over R4000. I have been calling and emailing the finance department with no response. I am not the only student struggling with the same issue. Besides my refund I am also still waiting on mu diploma. Terrible administration.
