Teaching qualification

I've been paying fees for my sister to do the teaching course with lyceum, she completed in October 2020, ever since we are struggling to get her certificate or academic record. We have been calling to college, and there is no assistance. Right now my sister is sick due to stress caused by the college. I was told to send emails to Alleta and Gaugelo and we are not getting any assistance, what type of school is this, where learners should run after the college to get their qualifications, as we speak she cannot apply for any work due to incompetencies of other people.
