Shocking service from Lyceum College

I've been trying a couple of months now to get a copy of my Diploma that I completed in 2019. Nothing was ever send to me. My current employer needs me to register with SACE and I cannot register without a copy of my diploma. I've been calling and calling and from one person to another with everyone making promises and still no diploma. If you ever try to study through Lyceum College, be aware of the bad service.
