Setback due to Lyceum’s negligence

I’ve been studying at Lyceum College - Distance Learning without issue for the last 2 years. The issue came in my third year (2020) when the pandemic hit and everything had to be done online.

Anyway I wrote a paper last year 2020 which was only marked last week because Lyceum College Bramfontein seemed to have misplaced it. And because of their negligence I’m now considered a graduate of 2021, setting back a whole year later because a fault on their side ( I was suppose to be graduating tomorrow by the way) . Not only are they backlogged because no one at their offices answer their calls or response to emails but are in such a rush to give class of 2020 a ‘virtual graduation’ which is just a YouTube video.
