School trying to con me out of my money

I have requested my exam scripts over a month ago, with proof of payment as required. A week later i hadnt received them, so i called and spoke to a consultant who requested me to send through my application to her email and she would assist me within 24hrs. 240hrs later i was still not assisted, let alone someone from the college get intouch with me to update on the status of my request. After failed repeated calls and emails, i sent through an email explaining my displeasure of the lack of assistance i was getting. Within a minute i had fot a response that the payment i had made was less than the required. Payment and request was done and sent prior to the amendments that were effected. She then promised to send me the scripts. That was on 2 Augustb2018. Till today i havent received anything and everytime i call i get cut off or there is no answer. I have payed for a service i havent received. Is the school a scheme to ***** us unsuspecting individuals of our hard earned money in the name of education? Something is seriously foul with the school
