Rude Consultant !!!!

On the 09/03/2016 at 11:19 I called the collage, and all my calls are recorded, now I am a Traffic Safety Officer and in our field of work we address people by the last name, this lady was so rude, I was not sure she was actually going to help me, so I let it be known that she is rude and asked that if she is in a bad mood currently and if so I can call back later. She had no remorse what so ever for her behavior and said if I want I can call back later I may do so, but because I had a full day I decided to speak to her and get it over with. What I like to find out is... I am not even a student as yet and interested in studying, what if I start is this the attitude I am going to get form the collage ???<br> <br> I am going to pay for this course, and this lady was so rude like she is doing me a favor for free...<br> <br> Absolutely ****ed at her behavior... should management want the recorded call I can forward it...<br> I want some feedback regarding this...
