Requesting refund from Lyceum College

I registered with Lyceum on the 31.01.2024 just before the announcement by Mr Blade Nzimande and I sent an email to Christina from Lyceum on the 25th of February requesting cancellation and full refund as I have paid full. They responded on the 6th of April and they said I must send a cancellation form and I did that the same day, but the email address they gave me kept on coming back unsuccessful and I contacted Christinah, since that day, they have not responded and I need my money so I can Study somewhere else.

They have asked me to continue with them but I have told them that my company needs me to study and I can't miss this opportunity. I have been told by my Company that they need that certificate as they gave me limited time to sort out this issue. and I don't want to continue with Lyceum as they have poor communication and they didn't disclose that they were under investigation.

Every second day i'm sending an email and they are not responding.
