Registration refund

I wanted to register and study with the lyceum college for a diploma in grade R. I paid my registration fee which included books with courier fee. It was a total of R4720. I was never registered I was told I'm still in the queque there's a long list until March. I decided to ask for my money back so I could go else where to study. I submitted all my documents in July 2020 for my refund and I was told within three months I'll get it back, until today I haven't received my money back from lyceum college. I call all the time they tell me my name is in the system but I never get any help.
