Refuses to refund

I registered with lyceum in 2016 to study in 2017 for diploma in HR. I app**** for RPL and was approved for 3 subjects. I notified the lady assisting me that I will be using the monies already paid in the account as the monies was paid in full, she informed me that won't be a problem. Fast forward to a year later and my account is still not updated and they refuse to refund and are saying that I forfeited the monies cause of the RPL.. That's a total of 4700 that I should be using for my second year of study. Everyone refuses to help or they don't bother to answer calls. These people are blocking my future.
